First Windows Phone With 64 bit Processor, the Alactel pop 2 Windows Phone

Alactel left the windows Phone platform after the launched of Winodws Phone 8 OS.Company previously have a windows phone 7.8 in the winodws phone list.
But At IFA, Alcatel come back with a new Windows Phone handset.
The Alcatel Pop 2 is a Windows Phone version of the Android Smartphone with the same name as HTC One for Windows. But it has exactly the same specs as the Android version.
