Should Microsoft Also Bring Features of playing Xbox Games on Windows Phones through Controller as Sony did with Xperia Z3

As many of you might have probably read about the new Xperia Z3 Smartphone from Sony just announced at IFA 2014.
It is a great smartphone But one of it's ability is to connect to the Play Station 4 controller and stream games directly from the console itself is awesome. Owners of Play Station 4 will like this feature.

In the open market one of the rival of Play Station is Microsoft Xbox. Although Microsoft has more network of software than the Sony and also working on Windows Phone platform from long time ago.
But the most disappointing for Window's Fans after the release of Xperia Z3 is that Microsoft do not have these types of features.
It's still not too late, Microsoft can bring these type of features to boost the market shares of both Xbox and Windows Phone, as Microsoft is struggling in gaining market shares for these two.
